The teams of the domain take care of the preservation of the soils natural profiles, as well as the hedges, the wastelands and the grasslands, creating ecological refuges favoring biodiversity. For several years, the vineyard has been engaged as a biological farming approach, philosophy adopted since 2012 and label obtained in 2020, with the abandonment of synthetic chemicals in favor of natural methods.
Biodynamic experiments are being carried out on around ten hectares, encompassing the Clos and Grande Pièce plots. These gentle, harmonious practices include preparations derived from the natural elements to enrich each stage of the viticultural cycle, bringing subtle balance and preserving the living earth.
In addition, the lunar calendar poetically and meticulously guides the work in the vineyard, the harvest and the bottling, like a dance to the rhythm of the celestial cycles.
The preservation of forests and biodiversity plays a key role in protecting the vineyards.
Beyond the soft natural enclosure of the forest, the constant presence of bats and Rollier birds in spring weaves a protective web, a living harmony between earth and air, which watches over our vines with silent and powerful grace.
